Terms of Service

We create visual designs: website designs, logos, branding, business cards, stickers, notebook covers and similar. We do not build, code, host or register websites or domains, and we do not print or ship products unless agreed in writing.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, or you may pay in full up front. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

Rush service adds 25%. Extra revision rounds are $35 each. Extra pages, illustrations or elements may cost more, and we'll tell you before charging.

Typical turnaround is 10–15 working hours after we have everything we need from you. Each service includes the revision rounds listed on the Services page. Delays in your feedback extend the timeline.

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, text or inspiration you send us. We're not responsible for claims arising from materials you supply.

Once paid in full, you own the final approved designs for your business use. Drafts and unused concepts remain ours. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

You may cancel at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Designs are provided as-is. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
