Refund Policy

Design is custom work made just for you, so refunds depend on how far your project has gone.
Before work starts
Cancel before we begin your design and you get a full refund.
After work starts
Once design work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable — it covers time already spent. If you paid in full, we'll refund the remaining 50%.
After final files are delivered
No refunds once final files are delivered. Revision rounds are there to get the design right, so please use them.
If we can't deliver
If we're unable to complete your project, you get a full refund of anything paid for unfinished work.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
